一、产品特点 (product feature)

材料质量轻、密度可比未发泡的材料轻50%以上,摆锤冲击强度比未发泡的材料高5倍,刚性-质量比比未发泡的高分子材料高3-5倍,疲劳寿命比未发泡的材料高5倍,热稳定性高,介电常数小,热传导性更低。且在微孔发泡材料加工过程中,未使用化学和氟、氯等发泡剂,无环境污染的问题。由于在微孔发泡的材料中均匀分布着尺寸极小的泡孔,以致微孔周围引发大量银纹和剪切带,吸收能量达到增韧的效果,使得微孔发泡材料的许多力学性能明显优于普通发泡和不发泡的材料。
