一、产品特性 (Product Features)
1、光缆加强构件(磷化钢丝)是指经过磷化处理的钢丝,表面呈灰色,在光缆里起支撑、抗拉的作用,成缆后钢丝不增加氢损,不生锈,强度高。
Cable strength member (phosphating steel wire) is pointed to the phosphating steel wire with brown surface. In the cable, it plays a part of support, tensile. After cabling, steel wire would not increase hydrogen loss, rust but high strength.
2、光缆用钢丝涂塑采用镀锌或磷化钢丝为基材,通过挤塑工艺在钢丝表面均匀包覆塑料层,经固化收卷而成。成缆后钢丝和外护套处粘合附着力更高,在出口的室外自承式皮线光缆中得到广泛应用。
The steel wire used in optic cable is galvanized or phosphating wire , and the plastic layer is evenly coated on the surface of the steel wire by extrusion process. After cabling, the adhesion of the wire and outer sheath is higher. It is widely used in the outdoor self - bearing fiber optic cable.
3、涂塑钢丝除具有钢丝的高强度、高韧性外,由于涂覆了塑料层而具有耐酸、碱、盐等介质的腐蚀能力,同时兼有装饰性、电气绝缘性等综合性能。
In addition to the steel wire high strength, high toughness, the coated steel wire has performance of decoration, electrical insulation and other comprehensive performance concurrently at the same time, because of the plastic coating layer with performance of acid, alkali, salt and other media corrosion ability.
