QFRP光缆加强芯是以乙烯基树脂为基材,高密度玻璃纤维为增强材料,采用拉挤成型工艺制造的一种新型的高性能工程复合材料,被广泛地应用于各种光缆。
QFRP is a high performance engineer composite material formed in resin and glass fiber reinforced compound via pull extrusion equipment, which widely used to optical cables.
二、产品特性 (Product Features)
1、轻质高强,密度低,强度高;
Light weight and high strength: QFRP has the characteristics of low density and high strength;
2、低膨胀,在宽温度范围内,线膨胀系数小;
Low expansion: QFRP has a lower coefficient of thermal expansion;
3、对电击不敏感,适用于多雷电、多雨等气候环境地区;
Not sensitive to the lightning strike, applied to the areas which are common with frequent lightning and rain;
4、可紧挨着电源线和电源装置安装,不会受电源线或电源装置产生的感应电流干扰;
Not obstructed by induced current and can be installed close to the power unit and device;
5、耐腐蚀,无有害气体影响光纤传输指标。
Corrosion resistance, no harmful gas that affect the optical transmission indicators.
